MODELLING OF PROCESS OF ADOPTION OF OPTIMUM SOLUTIONS OF THE ASSESSMENT OF EFFICIENCY OF INNOVATIVE ACTIVITY OF THE ENTERPRISES OF POWER INDUSTRY OF THE REGION

The analysis of adoption of optimum decisions is carried out at an assessment of efficiency of innovative activity of the enterprises of power industry of the region. The problem is considered in a context of transition of regions on an innovative way of development. Adoption of administrative decisions in innovative activity is made taking into account opinions of interested parties. Formation of tools of an assessment of efficiency of innovative activity considers plurality of its types, system of criteria, and coherence of effects from innovative activity in power industry. According to the analysis the algorithm of definition of complex estimates of efficiency taking into account imposed restrictions is created. All this allows receiving more objective indicators of a complex assessment of results of innovative activity, to analyze strategic alternatives of development as power industry enterprises, and priorities of regional development.
