Innovation potential is a basic element that detects the fundamental possibility of innovation in the enterprise. Evaluation of innovative capacity is needed not only to measure the capacity of innovation, but also to determine the size and characteristics of the resources involved from the side. The selection process assessment methodology is one of the most important and challenging tasks in the process of analyzing the innovation potential of the company. The complexity of the analysis of such data is the need to integrate different kinds of uncertainty. Used to date methods for evaluating performance of the innovative project based on expert judgment or do not take into account the full diversity of uncertainty, or remove it entirely from the technology assessment. However, such actions lead to a degree of uncertainty evaluation, out of place in the current market environment. Today, one of the most promising areas of research in the field of analysis, forecasting and modeling of economic phenomena and processes is a fuzzy logic. Fuzzy multiple modeling true in cases where the need to maximize the complete data in the absence of accurate information about the phenomenon. As a result of the construction of fuzzy evaluation model is introduced innovative potential membership function, which determines the degree of membership to the fuzzy set of indicators that will form an integral indicator of the level of innovation capacity. This measure allows management to make the appropriate conclusion about the enterprise readiness for successful implementation of innovative projects.
