INNOVATIVE SERVICES AS THE MAIN PRODUCTS OF THE INTEGRATED EDUCATIONAL CLUSTER

In article the problem questions concerning a role of modern universities in development of regional innovative systems are considered. Innovative activity is considered as one of the main factors socially - economic development of each region of Russia and improvement of quality of life of the population living in it. Conclusions that strategy of development of certain regions rely on creation of clusters of the various type are drawn, one of key which elements of structure is the university. The author studied conditions of acquisition by similar structures of qualities of the integrated educational clusters. Theoretical provisions of the mechanism of functioning of the integrated educational cluster at regional level are formulated. Features of the innovative services produced by such structures are defined. Possible benefits and effects of their activity (economic, social, etс.) are considered. The structure of system of the integrated educational cluster is offered. Conclusions about missionary qualities of similar structures in development of regions are drawn.
