FACTORS DETERMINING THE SELECTION AND IMPLEMENTATION OF THE TNС’SREGIONAL STRATEGY

TNCs regional expansion and factors that it determines are discovered. It is shown that TNCs are the main sources of innovation. Built identification table, which reflects the different forms of business organization, given their assessment of geographical coverage and resource allocation. Tendencies in relation to TNCs, the focus of the expansion, focus on the global trends of the movement of capital. Revealed and opened multiple parameters influencing the market selection and implementation of a regional strategy of TNCs. It is substantiated that TNCs play a positive role as effective tools of development (industrial, innovation etc), but may also be an element of economic influence and political domination.
