An assessment of the general state of the current level of market relations, highlighted the negative aspects of the influence of market principles of management on the ecological state of the environment, the structure of the human person, outlines the problem of interaction of market mechanisms with national efforts to improve areas of modernization of the economy and efficiency of the use of the basic factors of territorial ecological balance.
