TO THE QUESTION OF INCREASE OF EFFICIENCY OF USE OF INNOVATIVE POTENTIAL OF SMALL BUSINESS IN RUSSIA

The purpose of writing of this article, consisting in research of key aspects of increase of efficiency of use of innovative capacity of small enterprises, is caused by those purposes and tasks which are set for economy of Russia the President and the Government. The set of statistical information establishing the fact of considerable lag of received results of innovative activity from planned target indicators is analysed. The role of small business in the solution of the problems revealed in the course of the analysis is proved. The essence and contents of the term «innovative potential» are defined, and also mechanisms of its practical realization in modern conditions by means of institute of business incubation of small enterprises are offered. Strategic reference points of further development of system of business incubation in the Russian Federation are developed.
