FACTORS OF SUSTAINABILITY OF AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTION OF THE REGION

Financial-economic factors stipulate the objectives and measures of implementation of the regional agrarian policy to ensure balanced and sustainable development of the agricultural potential of the region and the rational and efficient use of natural resources. Political factors are defined objectives and outputs according to the decision of problems of an agrarian policy and social security of rural settlements, the protection of the economic interests of the region and the rural producers, including small business, innovation and investment patterns and projects. Social factors connected with the creation of conditions for sustainable development of rural settlements, employment and welfare, with the decision of personnel questions of the regional agroindustrial complex. Environmental factors are determined by the decision of tasks of rational nature use, environmental protection, production of ecologically clean products. That is, the efficiency of functioning of the regional agrarian and industrial complex it is proposed to consider on the basis of the integrity of a socio-economic system in the region as part of the economic system of the country, specific features of the solution of the political, financial and economic, social and environmental problems of the region and rural settlements.
