CURRENT STATE OF THE RE-GIONA MACHINE-BUILDING COMPLEX (ON MATERIALS OF KABARDINO-BALKAR REPUBLIC)

In article the assessment is given to a condition of a machine-building complex of the region. It is noted that, undoubtedly, the region has a number of competitive market advantages of this complex on the basis of which a certain level of development of all regional economy can be reached. However still doesn´t use the available production potential, in particular, when the state order for the defensive enterprises was reduced, the region appeared in the extremely difficult economic situation that was characterized by decrease in production, and the system of the replacing productions wasn´t introduced. Thus, volumes of the state subsidies were sharply limited and volumes of the state order are reduced. Certainly, the main problems of the enterprises of a machine-building complex of the republic are the lack of current assets and the outdated equipment. However, there is also other key problem – a shortcoming of qualified specialists. Today, many experts recognize that a leader of economy call small and medium business long ago. It also is clear – the mobile, quickly adapted, easily transformed this sector of economy occupies all convenient and free market niches. However, according to the author, large-scale developed industry is capable to bring economy to the world market.
