This article discusses the applied aspect of improving the system of formation of business-oriented competitiveness of graduates at three levels: the university management, issuing department and the student’s personal fulfillment. The interaction of the labor market and the education market is not organized in such a way as to prevent the situation unclaimed graduates at the stage end of higher education institutions. This problem is particularly acute at the moment. The proposed measures will help in the article in the short term to form a fundamentally new system of training, based on the long-term forecasting of the labor market and are interested in enhancing the competitiveness of sought-after graduates. Also, they will get rid of «excess» labor resources on unclaimed professions and provide training of competitive specialists.
