FORMATION OF YOUTH BUSINESS COMMUNITY AS THE INSTRUMENT OF INCREASE OF BUSINESS ACTIVITY IN RUSSIA

Development of youth business is one of priority problems of modernization of the national economy. However the youth meet huge difficulties in the process of enterprise creation. Authors carried out the analysis of domestic and foreign experience of forms and ways of support and development of youth business. The main formats are distinguished as follows: charity foundations, student’s business clubs on the basis of university, national and international business clubs, business campuses, business incubators for students and/or young businessmen, youth debatable clubs, the consulting student’s organizations. For creation of a complex platform of support and business stimulation in the youth environment the authors propose to form All- Russian network of interuniversity business clubs. Basic conceptual provisions of creation of such network, a structure and mechanisms of its formation are developed, main results and expectations are formulated in the Article.
