CONDITIONS OF FORMATION OF CLUSTERS OF TOURIST AND RECREATIONAL SERVICES IN THE REGION

Currently, the management theory of tourist-recreational areas mainly use concepts such as «tourist complex», «tourist area», «tourist destination», «destination recovery», «tourism and recreation area», «tourist- recreational special economic zone», «tourism and recreation cluster» and «tourism and recreation cage». In turn occurring processes of globalization and economic integration have led in recent years to promote the use of the cluster approach in the modern world, so were specified basic characteristics and the most important task of creating clusters. In this article, the author presented a visual ratio considered tourist and recreational entities and their definitions. In connection with this issue in the test data were structured concepts analyzed conceptual apparatus, as well as the conditions for the formation of clusters of tourist and recreational services in the region.
