THE POSSIBILITIES OF USE OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES OF MANAGEMENT ASSORTIMENT PRODUCT SHOP IN RURAL AREAS

Possibilities of use of information technologies in process of management of the range of the realized goods taking into account features of trade of consumer society in rural areas are considered (service of 60% of country people, performance by shops of consumer cooperation not only economic, but also social functions, the strategic analysis of the range of the realized goods in regional consumer society with application of ABC and XYZ- of the analysis is carried out and by results of combination of ABC and XYZ-of the analysis recommendations about management of each concrete commodity group are proved: choice of individual technologies of management; calculation of the optimum size of the order and whenever possible application of technology of delivery «precisely in time»; implementation of daily (weekly) control and establishment of an insurance stock in connection with big fluctuations of demand, management on identical technologies, planning for longer period, for example, for a quarter, with weekly (monthly) check of their existence in a warehouse .
