MEDICAL CARE: THE LOOK FROM POSITIONS OF THE ECONOMIC THEORY

Article is devoted to the analysis of medical care as object of research of the economic theory. Authors represent vision of medical service by the scientists of neoclassical academic school possessing the greatest weight in modern science. In article it is shown that economic approach, helping to receive important data on specifics of formation of supply and demand in the market of medical services, in economic development of the state, nevertheless, it is health roles insufficient in practical activities of health services and needs addition with the provisions of theoretical marketing allowing to build system of delivery of health care, being guided not so much by resources, how many by consumers, that is patients.
