TECHNOLOGIES OF OCCUPATIONAL AND EDUCATIONAL MENTALITY FORMING

In the current context it is evident that there are imbalances in reprocessing of professional staffing structure of society and differences in views on the issues of occupational and educational choice of people. Approaches to an issue of occupational guidance and design of professional and educational paths are not systematized. In this work, we introduce the idea of «occupational and educational mentality» and we propose a conceptual approach to the formation of the mentality of large social groups on issues of professional and educational choice, which allows to implement the generally valid mechanisms and tools of information exchange of ideas, creating an attractive image of certain professions and areas of study, prevocational and vocational guidance and selection of educational paths, based on the functioning of the occupational and educational exchange.
