POULTRY DAGESTAN – A NEW LEVEL OF

Because of the relatively small period the organization of production and lower costs compared to other branches of livestock poultry nominate one of the major sources of replenishment of food. The structure of consumption of meat birds Russians share 36.3 % (25.5 kg). The article describes the main stages of development of the poultry industry in the country since the start of market reforms. The basic problems of development of poultry in Dagestan and directions to enhance the growth industry in the region. For the development of the poultry should be put in a market economy institutional relations conducive equitable development of all forms of management, providing vertical and horizontal integration of members of the food chain, rational use of natural resources. Need to solve problems in a complex software poultry forage, construction and modernization of poultry, technological renovation industry, development of logistics infrastructure poultry complex. The article explains the advisability of improving the mechanism of state support for the development of the poultry industry in the country.
