METHODICAL APPROACH TO THE FORMING OF ECOLOGICAL COMPONENT OF STRATEGY OF SOCIO-ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT OF RUSSIAN REGIONS

The hypothesis is proposed in the article, that the balance of socio-economic development of regions is possible due to applying of ecologically oriented methods of governing including strategies of socio-economic development of regions. As the tool of realizing of this approach is presented the forming of ecological component of regional strategies of socio-economic development of subjects of Russian Federation directed on the achieving of synergy of interests of economic agents due to the complex development of territories on the track of achieving of ecologically balanced socio-economic development of regions. According to research objectives, in work is defined the concept of an ecological component of strategy of socio-economic development of the region; it is reasonable the algorithm of development of an ecological component of strategy of socio-economic development, including six blocks. Besides, in research is presented the coordination of the ecological block with the general structure of strategy of socio-economic development of subjects of Russian Federation
