PREREQUISITES OF GROWTH OF LABOR PRODUCTIVITY IN ENGINEERING IN MODERN CONDITIONS

In this article, the authors reveal the mechanism of increase of labor productivity growth in machine-building enterprises of Russia in modern conditions through institutional reforms and new forms of organization of production. Since the transition to a market need arose align production structure with the structure of the industry market, an important way of improving the organizational structure of the industry and engineering should be considered as a transition to the formation of public corporations. Labour productivity growth can only be achieved to ensure coordinated functioning of all the constituent elements of this growth at the industry and enterprise. Reserves of increase in productivity as a result of continually changing scientific and technical progress and new developments in the organization of industrial production. Therefore, their significance in relation to specific time periods also varies.
