THE PLACE OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY SPECIALISATION AND COOPERATION IN THE SYSTEM OF INTERNATIONAL ECONOMIC RELATIONS

In this paper we studied the problem of formation of different forms of international economic relations. Their appearance is caused by a set of different factors and their combinations and their formation and development is a prolonged process which still continuous. In the first part of the article we studied classical and modern works on economy to classify forms of international economic relations according to the time of their formation. We found out that science and technology specialization and cooperation are one of the latest and less studied forms. Today their place in the system of modern economic relations and importance for the most developed countries and for the developing countries is of interest to many researchers and scientists. The formation of new informational economic is based on science and technology achievements, so we studied if the countries with the biggest GDP can be classified as specializing in science and technology.
