METHODOLOGY FORECASTING AND PLANNING IN AN INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX

The article discusses the problem of improving the methods of planning and forecasting in managing industrial complex of Kazakhstan, as well as a brief characteristic. On the basis of this study we propose an algorithm to create a new model of planning and forecasting. The study conclusions about the significance of qualitative modeling of planning and forecasting for the development of industry in general. In developing the model of the industrial complex, it is necessary to develop the strategic direction of industrial enterprises and other socio-economic processes. Selected strategic directions are the basis of the process target allocation of resources in accordance with orientation to achieve maximum efficiency. Analysis of the above problems shows that the experts during the planning and forecasting using primitive methods for further development of the industrial complex, and are not using the new model of the industrial complex as a whole.
