ABILITY OF DEVELOPMENT EVALUATION ACTIVITY IN THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION THROUGH THE INTRODUCTION STANDARTS OF RICS IN THE RUSSIAN PRACTICE EVALUATION

In the work executed comparative analysis of foreign and russian practice evaluation activity, identified the basic premise of international standards evaluation, was considered regulation and interaction assessment organization of evaluation in Russia, analyzed the activity of the RICS and structure of the ‘ Red Book ‘, and also the analysis of the distribution of revenue by types and objectives of the evaluation, and also the analysis of the distribution of revenue by types and objectives of the assessment, which shows that in the last year to evaluate the real estate accounted for over half of the total income, and most often most often evaluation was conducted in lending and purchase - sale of assets. This analysis shows that now the russian standards are not perfectly meet the requirements of international standards, resulting conflict may arise which may affect the value.169 170
