TYPOLOGY OF CLUSTERS AND FEATURES CLUSTERIZATION ECONOMY OF REGIONS OF RUSSIA

In article features of typology clusters, shaped in the Russian conditions are considered. Clusterization economy of a territorial level it is represented as one of perspective directions of progress of regions, municipal formations, cities and city agglomerations. By the author it is allocated five base types clusters, shaped in regions of Russia, including: industrial, innovative, tourist, educational, infrastructural. Conditions and restrictions clusterization of regional economy are proved. Position in particular proves, that the policy of alignment of territories in the social and economic plan should concern maintenance of rise and priority progress of those branches which are inherent in local territory, and only on this base it is offered to develop other directions and forms of economic activities, including on cluster to a basis. The special attention is given university and infrastructural clusters in view of their high potential clusters interoperability. In particular, it is noted, that mission infrastructural clusters is not limited only to performance of direct functions of service of economy and the population of region, but it concerns problems of formation of the comfortable environment and improvement of quality of a life.
