THE ACCOUNTING OF THE ISO STANDARDS IN THE ASSESSMENT OF QUALITY OF TRAINING OF SPECIALISTS IN HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTION

The ISO standards define quality management as the coordinated activities for the management and management of higher education institution. Introduction of the ISO standards is a necessary component of effective training of specialists of a higher educational institution. The standard is guided by personal activity of pupils, by their results in the course of training, and also defines various options of algorithms of development and improvement of process of training for increase of its efficiency as a whole. Control as the competences considered in the standard need to accompany procedure of estimation of compliance of level of training of university graduates the corresponding measurements, tests, supervision and judgments. Control is often complicated by certain difficulties. Application of graphic algorithm will allow not only to facilitate control, but will be able to become part of quality management in a higher educational institution.
