ESTIMATION OF THE ECONOMIC EFFECTIVENESS OF THE STATE FINANCIAL SET OF INSTRUMENTS OF THE STIMULATION OF THE INNOVATION ACTIVITY OF THE ENTERPRISES

The author on the basis of the use of a economic and mathematical model conducts the evaluation of the influence of the tools of state financial stimulation on the innovation activity of enterprises and organizations of the republic of Tatarstan, as a result by which it comes to the conclusion that the leasing operations are the most effective state financial tool of the stimulation of the innovation activity of enterprises, the low level of effectiveness is noted for the tools, connected with financing of federal purposeful program, both of the federal and the regional of budgets, long-term special-purpose programs, activity «venture investment trust for the republic of Tatarstan», whiches indicate the low effectiveness of the expense budget fund of region, and also extremely low effectiveness of the application of state financial tools of the stimulation of innovation activity in the region
