The article is devoted to relevant in the modern conditions of innovative development of the economy and reestablishment of national production problem of staffing crisis, which manifests itself in the qualitative and quantitative imbalance in the labor market. The analysis of the staffing system was conducted and its impact on the prospects for economic development of the state was studied. The essence of staffing in terms of the interaction of labor markets and educational services was revealed. The basic subjects of this interaction and the mechanism of formation of their interests were determined. The analysis of the factors affecting the quality and efficiency of the staffing of the economy was presented. The first group of factors linked to the conflict of the target value and motivational orientations of all staffing participants. The second group of factors related to the consequences of reforming the education system. Recommendations on the organization of interaction between key stakeholders of labor markets and education were offered.
