Practical training is an obligatory element of educational process, in which students have an opportunity to test theoretical knowledge, gain practical experience and determine their future place of work. Russia’s accession to the Bologna Declaration, which provides for the transition to a two-tier system of higher education, confronts the Russian higher education with new challenges. On the one hand, it is the preservation of accumulated rich domestic capacity, and on the other hand - the introduction of a system of education trends in world experience of leading foreign universities. The article analyzes the dynamics of the employment of graduates in the specialty «Organization Management». The article compares the experience of Irish and Russian universities in the organization of training and further employment of graduates.
