ANALYSIS AND ORGANIZATIONAL MODEL FOR MONITORING OF THE TRAINING OF WORKERS AND SPECIALISTS WITH PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION FOR THE DEFENSE-INDUSTRY COMPLEX OF RUSSIA

Currently, a significant part of industrial enterprises in Russia faces the problem of shortage of skilled workers. The article presents the analysis of the current state of personnel training for the defense-industry complex (DIC) of Russia. The quantity reduction and deterioration of the quality of staff are registered, particularly in relation to the workers and specialists with secondary professional education. Also in the article the authors develop an organizational model for monitoring of the training of qualified workers and specialists with professional education for the defense industry. The participants of the monitoring and their interaction are determined, as well as the goals and objectives of its execution. The main stages of the implementation of the organizational model and the work to be done at each stage are examined. In particular, the whole set of indicators to be used during the monitoring process is suggested.
