FINANCIAL SUPPORT OF STRUCTURAL MODERNIZATION IN THE CONTEXT OF RUSSIA’S READINESS TO UPGRADE ECONOMY

The analysis of the ability of Russia to the structural renovation of the national economy through the prism of the modernization process of the country. In this context the composition of the necessary resources that will be evaluated quantitative and qualitative content. It is revealed that at the moment Russia’s economy has the potential for the renovation of the provisions of the national economy sectors, however, the available total financial sources, which is the platform integration reconstruction measures in the space of the national economy, do not provide the implementation of a package of effective measures to upgrade Russia’s economy, which requires a sequence of increasing. In this regard, given the estimates of the necessary amount of financial resources required for proportional renewal of the country, and provides suggestions for their accumulation and distribution in the interests of modernization of the state
