The article describes the method of strategic orientation determining of the organization on the basis of its relationship with stakeholders, which creates a wider perspective on key aspects of their interaction by analyzing various criteria, taking into account the company’s management point of view and the opinion of stakeholders, who have their own interest in its activity. The method describes the various criteria that should be used to get more accurate evaluation of the current stakeholders’ situation. Such evaluations as power of the stakeholder, its interest in company’s activities, dependency on the company and resource sharing were analyzed during the research. Recommendations made on the basis of the analysis may be applied when management creates the company strategy and over decision-making process. The method can be used by companies, which aims to improve their economic status and achieve further successful development based on mutually beneficial cooperation with its stakeholders.
