THEMAINFORMINGDIRECTIONSOF INVESTMENT AND INNOVATION ACTIVITY OFENTERPRISES OF INVESTMENT - CONSTRUCTION COMPLEX (BY THE EXAMPLE OF PENZA)

Investment - construction complex, being one of the key economy sectors of the country, remains one of the conservative in introduction area of new technologies. Nowadays the enterprises of the investment - construction complex are functioning in the conditions of growing competition. On the one hand, such situation positively influences the level and quality of investment and innovative activity, but on the other hand, most of the new materials and technologies issued for innovations are the result of Scientific Research Institutes or Universities of 70-80-s of the XX century, in this connection, unready enterprises to the new terms and conditions, appear noncompetitive. As a result, there is a formation necessity of investment and innovation strategy of enterprise development of investment-construction complex. In addressing this problem it is necessary to define the main trends of formation and implementation of this strategy and, that is not unimportant, to determine methods and key indicators of the level assessment of investment and innovative activity. Such approach allows to reveal the reserves of activity increase in the innovation sphere, ways and directions of investment activity, aimed at increase of activity effectiveness of the enterprise of investment - construction complex in the new conditions, increasing competitiveness and,a s a consequence, ensuring a more stable position on the market .
