The analysis of tourist and recreational resources that allow you to develop a health and educational and recreational tourism in Belgorod. The analysis of tourist and recreational resources of the region, confirming the attractiveness of the region as a tourist attraction with favorable climatic conditions. The analysis of the existing system of professional training for recreational tourism Belgorod region. It was established that one of the limiting factors in the development of recreational tourism is weak software highly professional staff, particularly middle managers. Developed a program retraining and advanced training in the field of recreational tourism «Innovations in sphere of recreational tourism», which will introduce distance learning system. Its main goal is to form professionals who at the present stage can withstand the considerable competition in the labor market. The program is supposed unity of theory and practice as an important component in all professional levels.
