ACTUAL PROBLEMS OF LIQUIDATION OF OBJECTS OF CAPITAL CONSTRUCTION AT THE CLOSING STAGE OF WORKING OUT OF OIL DEPOSITS

The review of actual problems for financing of liquidating work of petroleum objects at the closing stages of field development was carried out, as well as the basic problems of target liquidating fund formation for oil deposits developed in terms of license agreements. In frames of the given research, problems of legal and economic character were considered, which in its turn allowed to define the major problems in the conditions of regulated financing order absence for the completion of works, necessary to liquidate the capital construction objects. Besides, problems common for oil and gas organizations were considered. For the part of the problems, which are now insignificant, variants of solving were offered.
