Modern dairy industry is socially important branch of agriculture. This is due to the fact that the food produced from the milk, have a high nutritional value and are the most important part of the human diet. Therefore, the main criterion for food security in the country is sustainable per capita consumption of milk and dairy products. While the coverage of milk and dairy products in the framework of norms depends not only on the security organizations of processing raw materials, but also on the efficiency of the interaction between agricultural and dairy organizations. The proposed model creation processing of agricultural consumer cooperatives, which will generate additional income by agricultural organizations and maximum capacity utilization of the processing organization included in the integration.
