PRINCIPLES OF INTEGRATION OF CONTROLLING AND QUALITY MANAGEMENT

This paper investigates the problem of integration of control systems based on the concepts of controlling and quality management. The study is planned to solve the following problems: research of the stages of development of scientific approaches to the concept of controlling and evolutionary development of quality management, the need for integration in enterprise management. The study identified the main approaches to the concept of quality management and controlling. The analysis leads to the conclusion that the concept of controlling and quality management, have general trends of development direction. Integration of management systems acts as the moderntendency of management development aimed at increasing the effectiveness of the enterprise. Integration is seen as a form of negotiation, building a system of mutual substitutability to a certain extent, mutual responsibility, combining and overlapping different functions. The paper identifies the main causes of the need for integration of control systems, shows its principles.
