PROBLEMS OF INCREASE OF COMPETITIVENESS OF THE ENTERPRISES OF THE FOOD MARKET

The solution of problems of increase of competitiveness of the enterprises of a food complex is a key condition of ensuring food security of Russia. In this regard it is important to reveal common problems which all participants of the food market face, and also to identify the specific problems which are shown in specific conditions of activity of these or those participating enterprises of the food market. For competitiveness increase the enterprises need to consider specifics of problems, structure of the market and degree of the self-sufficiency and freedom of activity. It is for this purpose expedient to carry out diagnostics of position of the enterprise in the food market, a comparative assessment of success of work of the enterprise in dynamics for a row of years, and also with the leading enterprises.
