FEATURES OF PREPARATION OF DOCUMENTS FOR PRODUCTION ON STATE CADASTRAL REGISTRATION OF REAL ESTATE OBJECTS

In accordance with Federal law No. 221-FZ dated 24.07.2007, «On state cadastre of real estate» for inclusion in the state real estate cadastre information about other real estate objects, including buildings, structures, premises and objects of unfinished construction it is necessary to prepare a completely new document - technical plan. Shows the differences between the technical plan and the technical passport of the property. The article identified the problems that arise in the formation of technical plans for various real estate, and developed proposals to improve the technology inventory works in respect of capital construction and facilities, to reduce time, labor and money. The article addresses the practical issues of improving the preparation of documents required for state cadastral registration of real estate objects.
