The authors suggest mixed strategies of interaction between a university and its various stakeholders and show that applying a mixture of various strategies makes it possible to reduce risks as compared to applying pure strategies. A university decides on a strategy of interacting with a particular group of its stakeholders based on weight coefficients of appropriate strategies for most probable scenarios, as well as on mathematical expectation and mean-square deviation used to measure risk. The article also suggests a new method for calculating quantitative indicators characterizing the relations between a university and its groups of stakeholders. The method assesses the degree of satisfaction and expectations for each particular resource depending on its weight.
