MANAGEMENT OF RESOURCE-SAVING BEHAVIOR OF PERSONNEL AT INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISES

The article points out that nowadays industrial enterprises implement the resource-saving strategy. It has proved to be successful due to each employee’s behavior which implies cost-effective use of the enterprise resources and is termed «resource-saving behavior». It is mentioned that resource-saving behavior is a popular subject of pedagogics, sociology and economics but in spite of this, new methods, forms and means of personnel management, which are aimed at developing the appropriate behavior being specified by current transformations of the society and social consciousness, should be found. The article describes two approaches to the problem. It reveals external and internal factors contributing to resource-saving personnel behavior and suggests two typologies of the behavior under research and its constituent parts. The authors justify the opinion that administrative, economic and socio-psychological methods should be integrated to manage resource-saving behavior of the enterprise personnel.
