INFLUENCE OF DEVELOPMENT OF INNOVATIVE ACTIVITY ON THE ECONOMIC GROWTH OF RUSSIA AND COUNTRIES OF THE COMMONWEALTH OF INDEPENDENT STATES

There is a number of the factors having essential impact on growth of national economy: accumulation of the capital human or physical per capita or one busy, increase of technological level of economy. Increase of technological level is impossible without introduction of innovations. Process of introduction of innovations in production depends on quality and an education level of the population, development of applied and basic researches and a ratio between them. Only with use of set of innovations release of new production is carried out. For modernization and growth of economy of Russia, value of the Commonwealth of Independent States seems in possibility of export of innovative hi-tech production to these states. In this regard creation of institutes and cooperation mechanisms, development and implementation of programs of updating of the social sphere and national economy taking into account interests of Russia and opportunities of the countries of partners for Post-Soviet associations is necessary.
