THE DEVELOPMENT OF THEORETICAL APPROACHES TO THE ANALYSIS OF INSTITUTIONAL TRANSFORMATIONS

The standard approach to a problem of transformation of economy for the purpose of transition to market economy obviously or implicitly neglect interaction studying between institutes and the organisations, understanding institutional transformations only as transformation of institutes. This article explains why this approach may be debatable. We offer classification of modern approaches NIE for the analysis of transformation of institutes and the organisations. We have justified the approach, allowing to study transformation of institutes and the organisations as uniform process of consecutive changes in the set conditions. For the operation of the chosen approach, We have developed the mechanism of formation of the organizational form basing on principles of A conceptual framework for interpreting recorded human history by North D.C., Wallis J.J., Weingast B.R. Advantages of the approach are opened and variants of use of the approach which is the analysis tool are offered.
