THE METHODOLOGICAL BASIS OF THE DIAGNOSTICS OF AN ENTERPRISE’S ACTIVITY ON THE MARKET WITHIN THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE PROGRAM OF THE MARKET-ORIENTED RESTRUCTURING OF INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISES

In the article the methodological basis of realization of complex diagnostics of enterprises activities on the market (market audit) within the bounds of holding market-oriented retructuringof industrial enterprises, made by the author, are offered. Complex diagnostics includes the rating of environment, where the industrial enterprise is operating, the rating of aims and strategies of this enterprise on the market, the rating of marketing management structure, the analysis of the main systems of marketing, the budget of marketing, the analysis of the personnel potential, the rating of the client-orienting of the enterprise. It allows us to see the industrial enterprise as the structured limpid system suitable for the analysis and searching the ways of modernization. The result of diagnostics is gathered and systematized information, which will be the basis of making the marketing decisions on the further stages of market-oriented restructuring.
