ANALYSIS OF EXISTING METHODS OF MANUFACTURING AND SALES INDUSTRIAL ACTIVITIES

The analysis of existing methods of sales management of industrial enterprises. Based on the above analysis, we can say that by far the most popular methods of management of the supply of industrial activities are the MRP II approach and coming to replace him method APS. The use in the management of production - sales activities of enterprises algorithms MRP II and APS will provide an opportunity to fulfill customer orders «just in time» to reduce costs and inventory of materials, components and work in progress, to determine the reserves to reduce production costs, to carry out the collection of information on the centers of formation of profit / cost tracking and cost of production, and will also entail optimization of virtually all business processes from production management, procurement and financial management orders to engineering and design - technological activities.
