FOREIGN ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY OF THE REGIONS

The article investigates the problem of formation of the foreign economic strategy and development institutions of the border region because of the new geo-economic transformation ; an analysis of the development strategy of the North - Caucasus Federal District until 2025 The mechanism of the strategic management of foreign economic activity of the region in which exports represented an integral index of regional differentiation of Russia , allowing to analyze and determine the strategy of foreign economic development of regions. Draws attention to the fact that Russia ‘s foreign economic strategy Concept 2020 regional aspect of foreign trade activities are underrepresented. Therefore highlights the need under the «Concept of customs clearance and customs control of goods in places close to the state border of the Russian Federation» Revised Foreign Economic Strategy Unit of the North Caucasus Federal District ( North Caucasus Federal District ) - 2025. Based on a critical analysis of the destructive processes of socio-economic development of the North Caucasus Federal District defined feature of the current phase of the management of its foreign economic activity - to save the branch principle to support exporters .
