RUSSIAN PRACTICE OF THE TRANSITION TO «A GREEN ECONOMY»

The analysis of the root causes that determined the emergence of entirely new direction in economic science. Analyzed and identified the main factors responsible for Russia’s transition to a «green economy». Analyzed plan post-Soviet countries for their economic «greening». The process of «greening» the economy through international experience. Assessing the level of eco-economic situation has revealed the most weaknesses of the system of monitoring and enforcement of natural resources and assessing the level of impact on the nature of industrial enterprises. Examined the legal framework of Russia in the field of green economy. Modern methods of assessing the level and quality of life revealed a number of shortcomings of the main indicator of the economy - the gross domestic product. The analysis of the environmental and economic situation in Russia on the basis of two types of indicators of the economy, as well as the current state of the Russian economy and related ecology. The prospects of development of Russia in the field of «greening» of the economy for the next decade.
