THE FEATURES OF LABOR FORCE REPRODUCTION IN GENDER ASYMMETRY TERMS

This article considered the actual problems for Republic of Buryatia - problems of labor force reproduction. To solve these problems an author offered the gender approach, because it allows to reveal features of male and female labor force reproduction. Firstly, gender approach pays attention to position of female labor force at the labor market. The problems of female labor force reproduction consist of discrimination on the labor market, low wages, problems of combination work and housekeeping. Secondly, this approach pays attention to male labor force. The problems of male labor force reproduction include the premature death of the male working population. It is due to employment in more hazardous conditions and existence of bad habits. In conclusion of the article the author suggest measures to solve gender problems of labor force reproduction.
