LABOUR CAPACITY AT OIL-AND-GAS BRANCH ENTERPRISES

Labour capacity at oil-and-gas branch enterprises is the one of the most significant governments sphere of interest, that’s why oil-and-gas branch enterprises has to invest a lot of resources in their further expansion. The main investment areas are enterprises infrastructure and technologies – they appeal to reduce costs and increase labour capacity. But the investments in enterprises infrastructure and innovations are only a part or the labour capacity increasing, because these investments stimulates only material side of labour capacity, instead of more significant in terms of labour capacity area of improvement – the process of the enterprise and personnel management. Nevertheless, the analysis of innovations stimulation by the infrastructure investments allows to estimate the efficiency of such stimulus and reveal opportunities for labour capacity increasing by the means of material side of innovations.
