THE CONCEPTUAL BASIS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF SMALL AND MEDIUM ENTREPRENEURSHIP IN AGRARIAN SECTOR OF ECONOMY

In the article the conceptual basis for the development of small and medium entrepreneurship in agrarian sector of economy is considered as a system of theoretical and methodological approaches, views to the understanding and definition of goals, objectives, trends and peculiarities, influencing the process of formation of small and medium enterprises in rural areas, to ensure food security and improve the welfare of the rural population. It is alleged that the priority directions of development of small and medium enterprises in rural areas is the establishment of an integrated agricultural formations with participation of subjects of small and average business. The necessity to create cooperation and in credit and insurance activities.
