THE METHOD OF SELECTION OF THE DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY OF SMALL AND MEDIUM ENTERPRISES IN THE AGRICULTURAL SECTOR

In the article the method of choice of development strategy of small and medium enterprises in the agricultural sector, aimed at improving food security and quality of life of the rural population. In the simulation used the results of correlation-regression analysis, which provide reasonable recommendations of the selection strategy. The developed method is tested on the example of municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan. The model is built on portions coefficients of determination that allows an integrated assessment of the factors affecting the development of small and medium enterprises in the agricultural sector, using normalized values of factor-arguments. It is argued that the introduction of the proposed methodology in practice municipalities will allow them to create a system of informed choice of strategy for development of small and medium enterprises in the agricultural sector in a changing market environment.
