COOPERATIVE INTERACTIONS IN THE MANAGEMENT OF BUSINESS ENTITIES IN RURAL MUNICIPALITIES

The article considers the problem of improving the operational efficiency of businesses and the quality of life of the population in rural municipalities. It is argued that the creation of institutional conditions for cooperation and integration of businesses within the areas of rural municipalities contributes to the deepening of specialization and rational concentration interdisciplinary auxiliary and service enterprises. Identifies organizational and economic conditions for development cooperation, administrative work, providing the implementation of the joint use of available resources based on the organization of effective horizontal ties to achieve the common goal of development of rural municipalities. Discusses organizational forms of cooperative interaction in management depending on the nature of problems affecting the efficiency of activity of businesses in different industries and improve the quality of life of rural municipalities.
