PRACTICALLY-ORIENTED APPROACH TO THE ANALYSIS OF PROFESSIONAL SKILLS OF BACHELORS IN MANAGEMENT

In the article the practically-oriented approach to the analysis of professional skills of bachelors in Management is described. The proposed approach takes into account the requirements of employers to the university graduates of the Management education program. It also can be a basis for new ideas in the content of training courses which are connected with students’ professional skills development according to the employers’ requirements. As the result of the practically-oriented approach application to the skills analysis is the multicomponent estimation model of the graduates’ professional qualifications. This model is based on Nadler &Tushman diagnostic ideas, which are widely used in Management theory.
