STRUCTURAL COMPONENTS OF THE SERVICE SYSTEM OF ELECTRICITY SALES, WHICH DETERMINE ITS QUALITY

The article presents the structure of the service system of electricity sales, which is typical for the Russian energy sales organizations. Authors emphasized and described elements and process of the service system of electricity sales, which determine its quality. The elements of the service system of electricity sales by the authors included: consumer, implementer and the physical environment. There have also been emphasized and described the operations occurring in the process of providing services in electricity sales, which also affect the quality of the service. Based on the determined interrelations between the emphasized processes and process model of providing services, the network of processes of service system of electricity sales was built.
